Job summary

FreshPoint South Florida, Inc. in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver. This full-time role involves driving local routes, loading/unloading, and delivering to customer locations with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and handling products up to 100 pounds, performing DOT-compliant inspections, and resolving any delivery discrepancies or customer concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or moving heavy products.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently run routes, meeting or exceeding designated times.
• Unload and deliver products to customer storage areas, including ramps or stairs.
• Handle products weighing up to 100 pounds, frequently lifting, bending, and twisting.
• Verify deliveries with customers and address discrepancies.
• Professionally resolve customer complaints.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
