Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking a motivated Driver Local Delivery Combination Route to serve retailers on a fixed local route. The role starts early, with 5:00am shifts, Monday through Friday, and occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.

You will lift, push, and pull cases, unload with hand dolly or pallet jack, and build rapport with customers while stocking shelves and coolers as requested. CDL A is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retailers on a set local route.
• Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly or pallet jack and stock shelves.
• Build rapport with customers and assist with requested stock adjustments.
