Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking Local UDS Drivers to deliver products to small retailers on a set route. You will unload manually using a hand dolly, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested.

No prior experience required; hands-on training provided. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00am start, with overtime and weekend flexibility. CDL A license is required and you must lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Maintain DOT Driver Qualification File.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to small retailers on a set route.
• Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly and stock shelves/coolers as requested by the customer.
• Build rapport with customers and provide reliable service.
