The ideal candidate will transport auto parts efficiently using dedicated dry van trailers while adhering to DOT regulations and maintaining high safety standards. The role requires a valid CDL and at least two years of verifiable driving experience, with strong communication and reliability to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and verifiable driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong communication and reliability for timely deliveries.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers with dedicated dry van trailers for auto parts shipments.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, FMCSA rules, and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Secure freight to prevent damage during transit.
• Load and unload freight as required following procedures.
• Complete paperwork, logs, bills of lading, and delivery docs accurately and on time.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, operations, customers, and receiving facilities.
• Follow routes and schedules, adapting to operational changes as needed.
