Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an experienced CDL Driver to deliver building materials to job sites within a 200-mile radius from Auburn, CA.

You will perform safety inspections, ensure accurate inventory, and uphold high service standards with professional, timely communication. Ideal candidates hold a valid CDL A or B with air brakes, a clean driving record, and 1–2 years of commercial driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B with air brakes endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Must operate forklifts safely, work in varied conditions, and communicate effectively in English.
• Candidates must be 18+ (21 for interstate/hazmat), pass background checks, drug tests, and E-Verify; FMCSA Clearinghouse verification.
• 1–2 years of relevant commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure secure, damage-free deliveries.
• Assess job site conditions to prevent hazards, collaborate with customers for material placement, and document deliveries with photos per policy.
• Load/unload materials up to 100 lbs; respond to varied weather and noisy environments; read job-related docs in English.
