Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Onsite Return Agent in Kailua-Kona, HI. You will greet customers, process vehicle returns, and clearly explain charges while maintaining world-class service standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, documenting damages, and assisting customers with questions. This role requires strong communication, a friendliness-forward approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer experience in a high-volume or service-oriented environment.
• Strong sales and closing skills with a friendly, engaging manner.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle return process with Hertz policies and procedures.
• Greet customers and assist with luggage while answering questions.
• Provide invoices and explanations of charges to customers.
• Resolve customer issues; escalate to Team Leader when needed.
• Inspect vehicles, record any damage, and complete required documentation.
• Explain final charges including fuel level and mileage to customers.
• Secure vehicle keys and remind customers to remove personal belongings.
