Job summary

Hertz is seeking a part-time Return Agent at the Lihue airport location. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service during vehicle returns and acting as a brand ambassador for Hertz.

Expect to manage invoices, explain charges, handle customer questions, and support the team in maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. The position offers an $16.75 hourly rate plus commission, a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer experience in a high volume or service-oriented environment.
• Strong sales and closing skills, friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service during vehicle return process.
• Greet customers and assist with luggage and questions.
• Explain charges and issue invoices clearly to customers.
• Resolve issues professionally or escalate to Team Leader when needed.
• Inspect vehicles and document damages and fuel/mileage charges.
• Ensure keys are secured and customers remove personal belongings.
