Job summary

Claybourne, one of the fastest growing cannabis flower brands in California, is hiring an experienced, hard-working Delivery Driver in Perris, CA. The role reports to the Director of Operations and Logistics Manager and involves local route delivery, load/unload, and customer service to dispensaries.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a typical 7 AM - 3:30 PM schedule and flexible shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Valid California State Driver's License (must pass MVR check)
• 3+ years of commercial Class C driving experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications
• Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner
• Maintain ongoing communication with our Logistics and Customer Service department
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
• Be able to drive for extended amounts of time (Day shift and PM shifts)
• Be detail oriented
• Driving time typically ranges from 6-12 hours
• Ensure all order paperwork is signed, completed
• Provide a high level of professional customer service to dispensaries
• Typical schedule 7 AM - 3:30 PM. However, must be able to maintain a flexible schedule. Daytime and evening shifts, overtime required as necessary in support of business operations
