Job summary

CTDI is hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver to operate a box truck for local deliveries in Inver Grove Heights, MN. 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, pay starting at $24.00 per hour, 40–50 hours weekly, with 0–10 hours overtime. Weekly pay every Thursday.

The role requires inspecting vehicles, loading/unloading cargo, maintaining logs, and complying with DOT regulations. High school diploma preferred; valid license and clean record required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial delivery driving experience or willingness to train
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean record
• Reliable, adaptable and dependable with good communication
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections and documentation
• Load, secure, and unload cargo safely for transit
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and records
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent CTDI positively
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and comply with DOT regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
