Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Non CDL Driver in Crestview, FL, to operate delivery vehicles, perform pre-trip inspections, and complete pickups and deliveries with a focus on safety and donor service. The role requires English proficiency, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DOT screenings.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and an hourly base pay of $20.00. Prior experience and a valid license for 26' box trucks are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to pass road test and background checks.
• Knowledge of service area and reading maps is required.
• Good communication skills and ability to use two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles (under 26,001 lbs) to deliver or collect goods.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Complete pick-ups and deliveries as directed.
• Load, secure, and unload items while protecting goods and donors.
• Maintain safe driving and adhere to all regulations.
• Return truck and equipment to the plant by end of shift.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
