Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking a Delivery Driver for Indianapolis, IN to handle local routes with box trucks and flatbeds, serving contractors and job sites. You will interact with customers at each stop and must represent the company well while delivering on schedule.

The role requires driving experience in a box truck, a valid license, and the ability to meet safety and DOT/OSHA standards. This is a daily, on‑site position with a dependable schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years driving a box truck or similar vehicle.
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).
• Able to lift 50 lbs routinely; up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate company box trucks and flatbed straight trucks on local delivery routes.
• Load trucks according to daily schedules and customer delivery requirements.
• Use material handling equipment to load accurately and safely.
• Verify shipping counts and maintain security and safety standards throughout.
• Deliver a professional customer experience at every stop.
• Stay current on DOT and OSHA certifications and participate in company safety programs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other teams as needed.
