Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute delivery activities, including preparing loads, following routes, and assisting with merchandise installations or returns.
2. Unload, install, and check appliances and store equipment.
3. Maintain cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles.
4. Observe safety procedures regarding DOT regulations, Hazmat, and power equipment tools, including reporting incidents.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability in the morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week.
• Physical ability to move large, bulky, and heavy merchandise.
• Physical capacity for prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary for job duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months experience operating forklift or similar equipment.
• 6 months experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
