Job Details

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Position: Full-time, Entry level

Industry: Truck Transportation

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute delivery activities, including preparing loads, following routes, and assisting with merchandise installations or returns.
2. Unload, install, and check appliances and store equipment.
3. Maintain cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles.
4. Observe safety procedures regarding DOT regulations, Hazmat, and power equipment tools, including reporting compliance issues.

Job Requirements

• Morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
• Physical ability to move large, bulky, and/or heavy merchandise.
• Ability to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Appropriate Driver's License required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, etc.
• 6 months experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
