Job Details

Responsibilities

Plan and execute delivery activities including preparing delivery loads, following planned delivery routes, and assisting with merchandise installations or returns. Responsible for unloading, installing, and checking appliances and store equipment. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of delivery vehicles, and observe safety procedures regarding DOT regulations, Hazmat, and power equipment tools, including reporting as required.

Job Requirements

• Availability in the morning, afternoon, and evening any day of the week.
• Physical ability to move large, bulky, and/or heavy merchandise.
• Ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Appropriate Driver's License.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, etc.
• 6 months experience in in-home delivery or retail customer service.
