Job summary

Harrington Bottling Company, a Montana beverage distributor, is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Side Bay Delivery Driver to join our Helena team. You will deliver Pepsi products and other beverages to convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and schools while providing excellent customer service.

This full-time, union role offers a starting wage of $18.53 per hour with DOE and opportunities to build a long-term career with a respected regional distributor.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Delivery driver, route delivery, warehouse, logistics, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage delivery routes efficiently and independently.
• Basic math, inventory, and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles preferred.
• Beverage industry, foodservice distribution, route sales, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with handheld inventory or delivery devices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate company delivery vehicles on local routes delivering Pepsi products, bottled water, energy drinks, soft drinks, and other beverages.
• Verify orders, unload and merchandize at customer locations, and complete delivery documentation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily inspections; follow safety standards.
• Assist with warehouse duties including product handling, inventory movement, and order staging when needed.
