Allied Universal in Flushing, NY is seeking a Security Officer – Lobby Screener to welcome guests, manage entry points, and conduct screening and bag checks as needed. You will monitor areas, report concerns to site leadership, and contribute to a safe environment.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Shifts run DayTime with a Monday through Friday schedule, demanding professionalism and attentiveness in a high-traffic location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter.
