Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Corporate Lobby Desk in Chicago, IL. You will welcome tenants and visitors, control access, monitor cameras, and respond to alarms to maintain a safe, professional lobby. This is a full-time daytime role with a $23.50/hour pay rate.

You will work as part of a team to support site operations, complete incident reports, and maintain visitor logs while delivering customer-focused service in a dynamic real-estate environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply where required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, visitors and vendors at the front desk and follow site policies.
• Verify identification, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs.
• Monitor alarms and building cameras and report irregular activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to property management or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare incident reports and turnover communications at shift end.
