Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Reception in Liberty, MO. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, manage access, and maintain a welcoming front desk presence while delivering professional security services.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and reception area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, and alarms; report unusual activity or incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following site procedures and communicating with management and emergency responders as needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering questions, providing directions, and deterring unauthorized access.
