Valley Health System in Luckow Pavilion is seeking a front desk/guest services representative for Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. The role involves greeting visitors, directing them, and providing information to patients, physicians, and staff across the Luckow Pavilion and via floating to Paramus and Ridgewood as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma and basic computer experience. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to multitask and stay composed are essential.

Position Summary

To greet, direct, and provide helpful information to patients, visitors, physicians, and employees. This is a Monday thru Friday 1:00 PM-5:00 PM position at The Robert & Audrey Luckow Pavilion, with floating to Valley Hospital in Paramus and Ridgewood Campus as needed.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience
