Job summary

The Huntington DoubleTree by Hilton seeks a Lobby & Public Space Houseman/Cleaner to maintain public areas on-site in Huntington, WV. This on-site role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

You will clean public spaces to brand standards, restock carts, report maintenance needs, and ensure guest requests are handled with confidentiality and courtesy. Prior cleaning experience and basic chemical handling knowledge are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel public areas to established standards.
• Restock and return cart at end of shift.
• Observe all house, safety, and security rules and procedures.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and guest requests or complaints.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled and other duties as assigned.
