Job summary

Rand Tower, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Minneapolis, is seeking a Lobby Attendant to help maintain pristine public areas and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will join a collaborative housekeeping team, bringing attention to detail, safety, and service excellence.

Responsibilities include engaging with guests, walking floors, stocking and maintaining par levels, and assisting with heavy cleaning while upholding department SOPs.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capacity to lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals.
• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of each shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas, including bathrooms, lounge areas, and hallways.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during super-cleaning/spring cleaning of rooms.
• Clean all public areas in accordance with department standard operating procedures.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and transport them to designated locations following safety protocols.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and team members.
