Job summary

Hotel Indigo - Vancouver Dwtn. is seeking a House Attendant-Lobby to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public hotel areas and assist with lobby functions, guest requests, and shuttle driving as needed.

The role emphasizes reliability, brand standards, and a professional appearance within a busy hotel environment in Vancouver, WA. Training follows Indigo One, LLC policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and acceptable MVR.
• Must be able to convey information clearly.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain attendance per hotel standards and scheduling.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Clean and buff floors daily per hotel standards.
• Shampoo public areas and furniture as needed.
• Handle luggage assistance with a friendly, efficient manner.
• Follow safety procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Turn in keys and assignment sheets at end of shift.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education
