Job summary

Le Meridien Fort Worth, located in downtown Fort Worth, seeks a dedicated full‑time Housekeeping Associate to maintain a clean lobby and public areas. The role involves responding to safety concerns, cleaning restrooms and pool areas, and stocking supplies while ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

You will be responsible for trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and assisting guests with courtesy. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work varied shifts as needed to

• Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)
• Ability to work in a standard office environment
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (6-8 hours a day)
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation
• Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, use phone and/or headset

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for guests.
• Respond to and correct any safety conditions (e.g., wet floors).
• Clean pool area and restrooms.
• Clean all public restrooms and stock supplies.
• Empty trash from offices (Sales, Executive, Front).
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish lobby areas and fixtures.
• Greet guests in a courteous fashion.
