Hyatt Regency DFW is seeking a Part-Time Server for Ace's Lobby Bar. You will provide attentive service, knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and menu options, and create memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly personality with a passion for food, beverage and guest service.
• Previous restaurant/serving experience preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain mobile for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders and make menu recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Prepare itemized guest checks and process payments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, beverages, promotions, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and bar areas per Hyatt standards.
• Support team and communicate guest requests to leadership.
