Hyatt Regency DFW is seeking a Part-Time Server for Ace's Lobby Bar. You will provide attentive service, knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and menu options, and create memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly personality with a passion for food, beverage and guest service.
• Previous restaurant/serving experience preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain mobile for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.

Join our Food & Beverage team as a Server at Ace's Lobby Bar at Hyatt Regency DFW, conveniently located across from Terminal C at DFW Airport. Our award-winning hotel features 811 guestrooms and more than 92,000 square feet of event and meeting space, serving guests from around the globe every day.

We're seeking a Part-Time Server with flexible availability.

Schedule Requirements:

• Availability between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to support business needs and guest demand

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Server at Ace's Lobby Bar, you'll create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized service in a welcoming and energetic environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, beer, wine, and menu selections, and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders while making menu and beverage recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare itemized guest checks and process payments when required.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, promotions, and special events.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash-handling procedures through the POS system.
• Communicate guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations promptly to team members and leadership.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by supporting fellow colleagues and assisting where needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas in accordance with Hyatt standards.
• Report to work as scheduled, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, pay close attention to service details, and deliver personalized experiences.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and support fellow colleagues when needed.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, or a willingness to learn menu offerings, cocktails, beer, and wine selections.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail when taking orders, processing transactions, and providing guest service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain mobile for extended periods, including shifts up to 8 hours in length.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe tables and seating areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, and transport items weighing up to 20 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
