Job summary

Four Seasons Orlando is seeking a Lobby Bar Server Assistant (On-Call) to support our vibrant Lobby Bar team. You will assist servers, reset tables, maintain expo cleanliness, and ensure accurate food delivery with engaging guest service.

The role requires 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience, strong English communication, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience.
• Fluency in English and ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line.
• Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers with accurate descriptions.
• Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef.

The Opportunity

Lobby Bar Server Assistant (On-Call)

Who We Look For

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar, who has 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience. The Lobby Bar is the perfect place to meet for drinks, imaginative appetizers and sweet specialties from our pastry chef.

Responsibilities

• Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience
• Clear and reset tables according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line
• Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description
• Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef

Minimum Qualifications

• Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evening availability is preferred
• Strong food knowledge
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
