Job summary

Hilton Indianapolis is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Under supervision, you will perform cleaning and maintenance of flooring and public spaces, and work with hotel departments to keep areas fresh and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and maintenance program for all hotel flooring under supervision.
• Stay informed on new cleaning procedures and products for public spaces.
• Foster teamwork across hotel departments to keep public spaces clean.
• Greet guests warmly and act as a hotel ambassador.
• Stock cleaning cart with supplies for the shift.
• Vacuum, mop, scrub, buff and maintain floors using tools.
• Follow MSDS regulations for cleaning products.
• Observe and report repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Empty bins, clean lobby and banquet bathrooms, and keep closets tidy.
