Job description

Nestled in the heart of the Short North Arts District, connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, our hotel boasts two towers with 1,000 guest rooms, 75,000 square feet of event space and several unique dining experiences.

The Housekeeping Team at the Hilton Columbus Downtown is currently seeking a Lobby Attendant (Full Time) to work Second Shift at our award-winning property.

What will I be doing?

  1. Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
  2. Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays.
  3. Greet guests in a friendly manner.
  4. Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
  5. Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed.
  6. Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed.
  7. Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed.
