Omni Charlottesville Hotel is seeking a Lobby Attendant to service and maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and office spaces, in line with Omni standards. The role requires a capable team member who can handle a fast-paced environment and support management on special projects.

Responsibilities include keeping the lobby areas neat, servicing restrooms, offices, and locker rooms, and ensuring safety for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Maintain a 4-diamond level of service.
• Work with management on special projects.

• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service hotel lobbies throughout the day.
• Service public restrooms in lobby, pool areas, and elevator areas.
• Service executive offices.
• Service lobby and locker rooms.
• Service lobby pre-function space.
• Keep main guest entrance neat and clean at all times.
• Maintain water fountain area neat and clean.
• Service guest and associate elevators.
• Ensure safety and security of hotel, guests, and associates.
• Complete any special projects assigned.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns.
