Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for guests.
2. Respond promptly to and correct any safety hazards, such as wet floors caused by rain or snow.
3. Clean pool area and restrooms.
4. Maintain all public restrooms, restocking necessary items.
5. Empty trash from all offices, including Sales, Executive, and Front offices.
6. Clean, dust, mop, vacuum, and polish the lobby area, including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass, and windows.
7. Greet guests courteously.
