Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly and meticulous Lobby and Public Attendant AM to join our team. The resort will feature 127,000 sq ft of event space, 13 dining outlets, a luxurious spa, and a vibrant entertainment district, including two championship 18-hole golf courses and a short course, offering excellent options for dining, events, and entertainment.

This team member will service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including restrooms, lobby, entertainment district, and resort offices, following Omni standards.

This position will primarily serve our outside Entertainment District.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain the cleanliness of hotel lobbies throughout the day.
• Clean all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of executive offices.
• Service men's and ladies' associate locker rooms.
• Maintain pre-function spaces in lobby and lower lobby.
• Keep lobby balconies neat and clean.
• Ensure the main guest entrance is tidy at all times.
• Maintain floral arrangements and plants, ensuring no debris.
• Keep ash urns, water fountains, and phone stations clean.
• Service guest and associate elevators.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Complete assigned special projects.
• Report maintenance issues or concerns.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide a 4-diamond level of service.
