Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Lobby Ambassador for the Century Plaza North Tower in Century City, CA. You will greet residents and guests, deliver exceptional service, and assist with concierge functions to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a polished appearance, and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude. Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Action Property Management and the HOA by delivering 5-star customer service and ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the front desk, lobby, and main elevators appearance.
• Monitor lobby activity and manage access control.
• Provide concierge services.
• Complete Daily Activity Report.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; receive and distribute resident parcels.
• Address resident and guest concerns with knowledge of governing documents.

Action is seeking a full-time Lobby Ambassador to join our Century Plaza North Tower team located in Century City.

Compensation:

$22.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

• Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction.
• Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
• Provide concierge services
• Complete Daily Activity Report
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels
• Address resident and guest concerns and questions
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)

• Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality, Luxury Retail Or Fine Dining Experience Is Preferred.
• Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Upbeat and positive team player attitude
