Job Summary: Lobby Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, creating a professional, polished, and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area. This role is responsible for managing daily front desk operations, delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating visitor access, and ensuring the smooth and secure flow of foot traffic throughout the facility.
