Job summary

You will supervise underwriting activities, ensure adherence to lending guidelines, train staff, and collaborate with branch personnel to optimize loan approvals while maintaining quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 7+ years of related experience in underwriting or lending.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Loan Underwriters and oversee complex underwriting analysis.
• Review and validate consumer and small business loan applications for risk and profitability.
