Overview:

A leading international financial institution headquartered in Midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a Loan & Treasury Operations Officer at the Associate or AVP level. This is a hands-on operations role with a strong focus on FX spot and forward transactions, Treasury bill/note settlements, Money Market processing, and end-to-end loan servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• FX Transactions: Process, verify, and settle FX spot, forward, and swap transactions in alignment with trade confirmations and market cutoffs.
• Treasury Operations: Handle the booking, settlement, and reconciliation of U.S. Treasury bills, notes, and Money Market instruments.
• Loan Processing: Accurately book and maintain corporate loans and receivables financing, including new borrowings, rollovers, repayments, and clean payments.
• Daily Monitoring: Maintain accurate daily cash positions; monitor exposure limits prior to booking loans or treasury-related trades.
• Fee & Billing Management: Book facility fees, interest accruals, and ensure proper billing across funded and unfunded transactions.
• Trade Reconciliation: Confirm trades and resolve discrepancies using internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Reporting: Generate and upload daily reports (exposure by country, loan movement, cash position) into internal systems.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all transactions are compliant with internal policies and OFAC regulations; escalate any suspicious activity.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with agent banks, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve booking or settlement issues.
