Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax services.
• Prepare tax returns and review documentation for accuracy.
• Process payments and maintain compliant records in systems.
• Balance cash and complete bank runs for deposits.
• Follow policies, complete training, and meet performance goals.
