Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring for a customer-facing, sales-oriented role at our local branch. You will make outbound calls, uncover customer needs, present lending options, and help customers complete loan applications with accuracy and compliance.

This position offers growth, advancement and raises, with leads and marketing support, a national brand across 28 states and 500+ branches, and uncapped bonus potential. Base hourly pay with incentives and paid time off including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year(s) of experience in a sales role.
• Motivated, coachable, and able to meet individual sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new sales platforms and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting performance goals.
