Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a Loan Servicing Specialist II – Consumer in Canton, MA for a hybrid role with three days onsite weekly. You will manage complex consumer loan servicing tasks, ensure data accuracy, resolve issues, and mentor Level I staff.

The position requires 3–5 years in loan servicing, solid analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

About the Role

As a Loan Servicing Specialist II – Consumer, you’ll be a trusted expert on our consumer loan portfolio, handling more complex servicing work with increasing independence. You’ll resolve issues, keep our data accurate, and help our members and internal teams get the answers they need. You’ll also share your knowledge with Level I team members and help us find better ways to work. This is a hybrid position based in our Canton, MA office, with three days onsite each week.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced servicing activities across consumer loan products, including complex transactions, adjustments, and exception processing
• Process and review payoffs, billing activities, and account maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services
• Strong understanding of consumer loan servicing, including auto, unsecured, and lease products
• Experience with reconciliation, reporting, and exception handling
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
• Preferred: hands‑on experience with lease servicing or GAP processing
