You will handle consumer, mortgage, and business loan services, provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and written correspondence, and support documentation, payoff quotes, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in banking or loan servicing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Moderate computer skills for data entry and standard software.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Level I requires ~2 years in banking/loan servicing; Level II requires ~3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duties within your group to complete tasks and post payments.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Review loan documents for quality control and coordinate with loan officers.
• Maintain and audit records, scan documents, and prepare reports.
• Follow regulatory procedures and complete required education and training.
