Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a senior Loan Operations professional in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This newly created role drives end-to-end loan servicing from post-closing through ongoing administration and will serve as the go-to technical resource for the team.

You will balance daily reports, review loan histories, research discrepancies, and own issues from start to finish, including boarding acquired portfolios and escrow-related servicing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of loan operations or loan servicing experience.
• Experience working within a bank or lending environment.
• Strong commercial loan servicing experience.
• Solid post-closing loan operations experience.
• Understanding of the full loan servicing lifecycle.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource for the Palm Beach Gardens Loan Operations team.
• Review daily reports, balancing, loan histories, and servicing activity to ensure accuracy.
• Research discrepancies, make system corrections, and follow issues through resolution.
• Lead the boarding of a recently acquired residential loan portfolio.
• Manage escrow-related servicing responsibilities associated with the portfolio.
• Handle commercial loan servicing from post-closing through ongoing administration.
• Provide guidance and day-to-day support to Loan Servicing, Quality Control, Insurance, and Closing team members.
• Assist with reporting, balancing, and analysis using Excel.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and keep daily operations moving efficiently.

This is a newly created senior-level position within a growing South Florida community bank. Rather than being responsible for one small piece of the process, you'll become a go-to resource for the team — reviewing operations, solving issues, managing exceptions, supporting loan boarding, and helping keep the department running smoothly.

The ideal person isn't someone who waits for a problem to be assigned. You're the person who sees the problem, figures out what needs to happen, and drives it through to a solution.

What You'll Own
