Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a senior-level professional to oversee full-cycle residential loan servicing from boarding through payments, escrow, and reporting. This on-site role in Palm Beach Gardens requires ownership-driven leadership and cross-team collaboration to optimize loan operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in loan operations/servicing, with strong escrow and post-closing experience, plus Excel proficiency to support reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of loan operations or loan servicing experience.
• Experience working within a bank or lending environment.
• Strong residential loan servicing experience.
• Solid escrow experience, including escrow analysis, taxes, insurance, and account maintenance.
• Strong post-closing loan operations experience.
• Understanding of the full loan servicing lifecycle from boarding through payments, escrow, maintenance, payoffs, and reporting.
• FIS Horizon and/or LaserPro experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle residential loan servicing including boarding, post-closing, payments, escrow, payoffs, maintenance and reporting.
• Lead boarding of a recently acquired residential loan portfolio with accuracy.
• Manage escrow servicing, including analysis and payments for taxes and insurance.
• Research discrepancies and drive issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with core system provider and open support cases as needed.
• Assist with audits and reporting, including portfolio exceptions and productivity.
• Use Excel to analyze loan information and support reporting.
• Standardize processes, procedures, and workflows across Florida locations.
• Work closely with leadership to keep daily loan operations moving smoothly.
• Provide support across the Loan Operations team as needed.

100% on-site| $85,000–$90,000 DOE | Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm

If you're experienced in residential loan servicing, escrow, and post-closing operations and are ready to have a bigger voice in how a Loan Operations team functions, this opportunity is worth a look.

This is a newly created senior-level position within a growing South Florida community bank. Rather than being responsible for one small piece of the process, you'll become a go-to resource for the team — overseeing loan servicing, supporting loan boarding, resolving discrepancies, managing exceptions, and helping keep the department running smoothly.

The ideal person isn't someone who waits for a problem to be assigned. You're the person who sees the problem, figures out what needs to happen, and drives it through to a solution.

What You'll Own:

• Serve as a senior technical resource for the Palm Beach Gardens Loan Operations team.
• Oversee full-cycle residential loan servicing, including boarding, post-closing, payments, escrow, payoffs, maintenance, and reporting.
• Lead the boarding of a recently acquired residential loan portfolio, reviewing reports and documentation for accuracy.

We're looking for someone who has more than exposure to loan servicing — you understand what happens after the loan closes and can see the full loan lifecycle from start to finish.

You'll ideally bring:

• 5–7+ years of loan operations or loan servicing experience.
• Experience working within a bank or lending environment.
• Strong residential loan servicing experience.
• Solid escrow experience, including escrow analysis, taxes, insurance, and account maintenance.
• Strong post-closing loan operations experience.
• Understanding of the full loan servicing lifecycle — from boarding through payments, escrow, maintenance, payoffs, and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Experience researching discrepancies and resolving operational issues.
• Commercial loan servicing experience is a plus, particularly for someone who has worked across both residential and commercial lending.
• FIS Horizon and/or LaserPro experience is a plus.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to your work.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Palm Beach Gardens.
