Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Servicing Representative to join our financial services team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of loan transactions, processing modifications, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and effective collaboration abilities across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Corrections: Identify, investigate, and correct errors in loan transactions, including reversals and adjustments.
• Loan Modifications: Process and document loan modifications accurately, including SBA guidelines, ensuring updates in the servicing system.
• Electronic Funds Transfers: Manage and process electronic funds transfers securely and timely.
• E-Oscar Compliance: Ensure accurate credit reporting through E-Oscar system.
• Report Processing: Generate and review operational reports to identify trends or discrepancies.
• Customer Service: Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding loan accounts.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulations to ensure compliance in all activities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with loan officers, underwriters, and other teams for seamless processing.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports to identify process improvements.

Position Overview

This role provides timely and accurate service to customers, supporting the bank's lending functions.

Additional Responsibilities

Includes reviewing loan documents, preparing funding entries, updating system information, preparing closing documents, managing loan bookings, executing loan servicing tasks, filing UCC statements, tracking insurance, and other duties as assigned.
