Job summary

Dort Financial Credit Union is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to oversee all servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans, ensuring a seamless experience from closing to payoff.

You will lead the servicing team to drive efficiency and uphold exceptional member satisfaction. Primary focus includes lien perfection and managing a skilled, compliant servicing operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• Five years of direct experience in all facets of real estate servicing is required.
• Direct experience with consumer loan lien perfection is preferred – Auto, HELOC, etc.
• Three to five years of management experience is required.

What You Will Do

The Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for overseeing all servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans. This includes, but is not limited to lien perfection on collateralized consumer loans. This position provides leadership to the servicing team, driving operational efficiency, and ensures an exceptional member experience from loan closing through payoff.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Formal Education:

Bachelor degree is required.

Experience:

• Minimum five years of direct experience in all facets of real estate servicing is required.
• Direct experience with consumer loan lien perfection is preferred – Auto, HELOC, etc.
• Three to five years of management experience is required.

Must be 100% bondable.
