Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Loan Servicing products and services.

Primary responsibilities include resolving problems, coordinating with departments, and informing customers of procedures and resolutions while ensuring compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• May make periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products, and services

Job Description:

At Regions, the Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding Loan Servicing products or services.

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

This position is incentive eligible.

• Full onsite presence is required during training. While in training, shift is 7:30a - 4:30p
• After training there is a six-month probationary period before being considered for hybrid work.
• * Hybrid schedule consists of four days onsite and one day remote each week.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday anytime between 7am-6pm (CST).Your specific shift will be assigned based on business needs.

Proximity to Hattiesburg, MS required.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$32,850.00 USD

Median:

$37,611.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
