OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to join our on-site team in Texas. You will listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast financing, guiding borrowers through the loan lifecycle with empathy and accuracy.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results aligned to branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle to present tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Interact with customers and teams through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive and goal-oriented attitude to achieve targets.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products clearly.
