Qualifications

• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and results toward branch goals.
• Develop connections with customers and present tailored loan solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Show passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
