OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to help customers access affordable financing and solutions during the loan lifecycle. You will engage customers, assess needs, and present tailored loan options, while thriving in a fast-paced branch environment.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED and may benefit from experience in sales, collections, or customer service, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
