Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers with accessible financing and exceptional service during the loan lifecycle. You will engage customers, present tailored solutions, and support branch goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include multitasking across channels, educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, and ensuring compliance while delivering results that drive individual and team success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
