Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Austin, TX. You will engage customers across channels to tailor financing options, guide them through the loan process, and help meet branch goals with a customer-first approach.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED and, preferably, experience in Sales or Customer Service. Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus. The position includes a competitive mix of base salary and incentives and a broad benefits package.
