Job summary

PALMPAY LIMITED is seeking a Loan Sales Officer to identify and acquire loan customers through field marketing and referrals. The role involves promoting bank loan products to individuals and businesses, conducting basic credit assessments, and ensuring proper documentation of applications.

You will follow up on disbursements and repayments, maintain client records, ensure policy compliance, and strive to meet sales targets while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
